• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Scrape or automatically extract data without our permission

• Share your account with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you think your account has been compromised, let us know at help@trophy.tools.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms as well.

Refund policy: If you’re unsatisfied with a purchase, contact us within 14 days at help@trophy.tools and we’ll do our best to make it right. We handle refund requests case by case.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — we don’t offer prorated refunds for partial months.

The Service, including its design, code, and content, belongs to Trophy Tools, Inc. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from it without our permission.

Any content you create or upload using the Service remains yours. By uploading content, you give us a limited license to host and display it as part of operating the Service.

We aim to keep the Service running but can’t guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally take it down for maintenance, updates, or things outside our control.

We reserve the right to change, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trophy Tools, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
